An ISSCA voice in regenerative medicine
With over four decades of distinguished clinical practice and more than 10,000 interventional procedures, Dr. Moguel brings world-class cardiovascular expertise to the ISSCA faculty. Trained in Mexico, Spain, and the United States, he is internationally recognized as a pioneer in catheterization via the radial-artery approach.
Dr. Moguel earned his Medical Degree from Universidad Veracruzana in 1983, specializing in Internal Medicine and Cardiology at Hospital 1° de Octubre in Mexico City. His international training included Hospital Clínic i Provincial in Barcelona (Interventional Cardiology, 1993), Heart Technology in Miami (Rotablator System), and advanced endovascular programs in Monaco, Tampa, and Atlanta.
From 1998 to 2005 he served as Head of Interventional Cardiology at Hospital 1° de Octubre while building the cardiology program at Centro Médico de Cozumel. Today he directs The Clinics of the Heart and brings cardiovascular precision and endovascular expertise to regenerative-medicine programs — ensuring the highest clinical standards in patient evaluation, vascular protocols, and systemic cellular delivery.
Cardiovascular precision and endovascular expertise, brought to the frontier of regenerative medicine.
