A retrospective review of 52 patients with Grade II–III knee osteoarthritis treated with a combined BPC-157 and TB-500 peptide protocol over 8 weeks. At 90 days: mean VAS pain score reduced from 7.2 to 3.1, WOMAC functional score improved 46%. MRI at 6 months showed cartilage signal improvement in 34% of cases. No adverse events recorded.
A prospective cohort of 31 competitive athletes with chronic patellar tendinopathy (>6 months, unresponsive to conservative management) received a BPC-157 + TB-500 peptide protocol over 8 weeks. At 12 weeks: VISA-P scores improved from 42 to 78, 87% returned to full sports activity. Ultrasound showed improved tendon structure and reduced hypoechogenicity at 90-day follow-up.
