We want every ISSCA participant to have a great experience. This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and transfers work across our different programs.
Conferences & in-person certifications
- More than 60 days before the event: full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.
- 30–60 days before the event: 50% refund, or a full transfer to another upcoming event within 12 months.
- Less than 30 days before the event: no refund, but you may transfer your registration to a colleague at no charge.
Online courses & advanced certifications
Online programs include digital content delivered to you immediately on enrollment. Refunds are issued within 7 calendar days of purchase only if no more than 20% of the course has been consumed. After 7 days or 20% completion, refunds are not available.
Memberships
Memberships are billed annually. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals; the current paid period continues until the end of its term. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial periods.
Transfers
Most paid programs may be transferred to a colleague at no additional cost — contact us at least 7 days before the start date.
How to request a refund
Email info@stemcellsgroup.com with your order number, the event or program in question, and a brief reason. We aim to respond within two business days.
Exceptional circumstances
If an event is canceled or rescheduled by ISSCA, registered participants receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the new date or another upcoming event.
