Global Stem Cells Group is expanding its international presence through a new strategic partnership with Exomagic in Tajikistan. The collaboration aims to support the development of regenerative medicine in Central Asia by connecting international physician education, biotechnology products, and regional medical professionals through ISSCA and Cellgenic.
The partnership brings together GSCG’s international physician education platform and biotechnology product portfolio with Exomagic’s regional relationships and market development activities. The collaboration will initially focus on Tajikistan, with plans to engage healthcare professionals and organizations across neighboring Central Asian countries.

The initiative follows RMTG’s international operating model, which connects physician education, professional training, and product commercialization through its Global Stem Cells Group divisions.
Cellgenic: Establishing a Biotechnology Presence in Central Asia
Cellgenic, the biotechnology and product-commercialization division of Global Stem Cells Group, will work alongside Exomagic to develop local commercial relationships, physician engagement, and distribution infrastructure in the region.
Cellgenic’s portfolio includes exosomes, peptides, cellular products, and related biotechnology offerings for professional markets.
The partnership will focus on product education, commercial training, technical resources, and the development of local support capabilities for healthcare professionals.
The companies intend to coordinate regional distribution activities in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and local market conditions.
ISSCA: Bringing International Regenerative Medicine Education to Central Asia
The International Society for Stem Cell Application (ISSCA), the education and innovation division of Global Stem Cells Group, will collaborate with Exomagic to introduce its physician education programs to Central Asia.
As part of the partnership, the organizations plan to host an international regenerative medicine conference in Dushanbe, Tajikistan, bringing together physicians, healthcare professionals, researchers, and regional medical organizations.

The proposed educational program will address regenerative medicine, cellular technologies, exosome science, peptide medicine, longevity, and regenerative aesthetics.
The collaboration also includes plans for continuing professional education through specialized workshops, physician training programs, and regional educational activities. ISSCA’s participation will provide an academic component to the partnership, complementing Cellgenic’s regional commercial development.
