Day 2 of the ISSCA Global Summit 2026 brought the Main Conference to life at the JW Marriott Cancún. After Friday’s certifications, Saturday shifted the focus to the Main Stage. Thirteen speakers joined the program throughout the day. The sessions covered regenerative medicine, longevity, cellular health, metabolism, aesthetics and immunology.
ISSCA Global Summit 2026 Day 2 on the Main Stage
Brian Pla officially opened the Main Conference and welcomed attendees to the second day of the Summit. Dr. Josh Axe followed with a session on cellular healing and regenerative therapies. Dr. Rafael Gonzalez then discussed NK cells, secretomes and exosomes. Jenny McCarthy also joined the Main Stage to share her personal journey through preventative health and aging well.
The morning continued with Dr. Daniel Pompa, Haylie Pomroy and Ben Azadi. Their sessions explored cellular detoxification, nutrition, autoimmunity and metabolic health. The afternoon introduced another group of specialists. Dr. Mark Gordon discussed neuroinflammation, while Dr. Alan Bauman focused on regenerative hair restoration.
Dr. Peter Martone later addressed sleep architecture and regenerative recovery. Josephine Musco explored regenerative medicine in aesthetic practice, while Katherine Zagone focused on sexual health and hormonal vitality. Dr. Kaveh Alizadeh then discussed regenerative aesthetics in plastic surgery. Dr. Matt Halpert closed the scientific sessions with a presentation on dendritic cells, cancer immunotherapy and regenerative medicine.
ISSCA Global Summit 2026 Day 2 beyond the Main Stage
Day 2 was not only about lectures. Attendees also spent time networking, meeting speakers and visiting the Expo. Book signings added another opportunity for direct interaction. The Expo remained active throughout the day and connected physicians with companies across the regenerative medicine ecosystem.
Featured spaces included ISSCA AI, Cellgenic, Eleve and ReHealth. Other Main Sponsors also hosted dedicated booths. These spaces allowed physicians to explore new platforms, technologies, products and services. They also created a direct link between scientific education and real-world clinical innovation.
ISSCA AI brings technology into the conversation
ISSCA AI was one of the highlighted spaces at the Expo. The booth introduced attendees to the platform and its role within the growing intersection of medicine and artificial intelligence. It also reflected a broader theme of the Global Summit. Technology is becoming an increasingly important part of medical education and clinical practice.
Cellgenic, Eleve and ReHealth also contributed to the Expo experience. Their booths gave attendees more opportunities to connect with industry teams and learn about new solutions. Together, these spaces added another layer to the Summit beyond the conference room.

The second day showed the full scope of the ISSCA Global Summit 2026. Scientific education remained at the center of the program, but the experience extended well beyond the Main Stage. Physicians from different countries and specialties shared ideas throughout the venue. They also discussed new approaches to regenerative and integrative medicine.
The result was a day built around learning, innovation and connection. Main Stage sessions, sponsor booths, networking and technology all became part of the same experience.
MedConnect closes Day 2
After the Main Conference, attendees moved to Royalton Chic, Level 18. There, MedConnect: The Neon Party brought speakers, physicians and members of the ISSCA community together. The evening offered a more relaxed environment for networking. It also allowed conversations from the Summit to continue outside the conference setting.
Day 2 combined science, technology, education and community in one complete experience. With one final day ahead, the ISSCA Global Summit 2026 continued building momentum in Cancún.
