ISSCA Signature is a city-based certification format centered on one specialized medical program.
Each edition carries the name of its host city rather than a consecutive number. The format begins with ISSCA Signature — Bali and can later expand to other destinations while maintaining the same identity and educational structure.
An ISSCA Signature edition may take place over one to three days, depending on the scope of its certification. Throughout that period, participating physicians follow one continuous academic path and work directly with the faculty responsible for presenting the program.

Bali will host the first edition
The first edition of the new format will be ISSCA Signature — Bali, scheduled for November 2–4, 2026, in Kuta, Bali.
The planned Advanced Cellular Therapeutics & Immuno-Oncology Certification will connect subjects including peptide therapy, MUSE cell technology, cancer immunology, dendritic cell approaches and natural killer cell science.
Bali will serve as the pilot edition and the starting point for the development of Signature as an international series.
Additional Signature cities and certifications will be communicated as each edition is officially confirmed.
