Combine peptides with photobiomodulation, PEMF/HBOT and AI diagnostics for enhanced, measurable patient outcomes.

Six skills you walk out with.

By 6 PM Friday you can confidently select, dose, and monitor peptide therapy for the most common longevity, recovery and aesthetic indications.

01 · Metabolic & Weight

GLP-1 receptor agonists, decoded

Semaglutide vs tirzepatide vs retatrutide — patient selection, titration ladders, side-effect mitigation, and the hand-off between weight loss and maintenance.

02 · Repair & Recovery

BPC-157 + TB-500 stacking

Soft-tissue, tendon and gut applications. Subcutaneous vs localized injection, dosing windows, and how to layer with PRP/MSC therapy without confounders.

03 · Immune & Longevity

Thymosin α-1 & Epitalon

Immunomodulation protocols, post-viral and chronic infection support, and longevity stacks that actually move biological-age markers.

04 · Sexual & Hormonal

PT-141, Kisspeptin, GHK-Cu

Sexual-health protocols that work for both genders, hair and skin protocols, and clean integration with TRT/HRT pipelines.

05 · Patient Selection

The contraindication map

A printable decision tree: who to enroll, who to defer, and the four red-flag combinations that should never see a peptide prescription.

06 · Compliance & Sourcing

Sourcing, compounding, paperwork

Vetted compounding-pharmacy criteria, intake forms, informed-consent templates, and the documentation trail that protects your clinic.

The complete peptide curriculum.

The full path from peptide therapy fundamentals to confident clinical practice — six modules, structured for working physicians.

A key foundation for deciding when to use peptides, which peptide families to select, and for what clinical objective — taught at applied clinical depth.

  • Peptide signaling cascades, receptor binding and bioavailability
  • Pharmacokinetics, half-life considerations and dosing principles
  • Inflammatory modulation and tissue repair peptide pathways
  • Neuroprotective, metabolic and regenerative peptide mechanisms

Differentiation by peptide family, mechanism and target system — with specific applications across the five clinical focus areas of the certification.

  • Regenerative, immunomodulatory and metabolic peptide profiles
  • Selection criteria based on clinical indication and patient profile
  • Applications in musculoskeletal repair — BPC-157, TB-500 and related peptides
  • Neuroprotective peptides: cognitive enhancement and neuroregenerative support
  • Metabolic optimization, longevity peptides and anti-aging applications

Key for designing comprehensive, systemic treatments — not only local interventions.

  • Modulation of cytokines and micro-inflammation
  • Influence on the neuroendocrine axis and pain regulation
  • Optimization of energy metabolism and mitochondrial function
  • Regulation of inflammation, tissue repair and systemic biological terrain

Precision and safety in delivery — covering systemic and local peptide application techniques used in clinical practice.

  • Subcutaneous, intramuscular, intranasal and IV routes of administration
  • Patient-specific titration, cycling schedules and dose escalation
  • Reconstitution, storage, stability and compounding pharmacy standards
  • Patient selection, monitoring protocols and structured clinical follow-up

Protocol design by phases — not isolated treatments. Practical application across the full spectrum of clinical indications.

  • Tendon and joint injuries — acute and chronic
  • Degenerative pathology and chronic persistent pain
  • Sports injuries and recovery optimization
  • Functional neuroregeneration and neuropathic pain
  • Metabolic diseases with systemic inflammation

Analysis of synergies, contraindications and therapeutic personalization — building comprehensive regenerative treatment plans.

  • Regenerative IV therapy: NAD+, glutathione and mitochondrial support
  • Vitamins, amino acids and trace elements
  • Interaction with conventional medications
  • Advanced technology layers: photobiomodulation
  • AI diagnostics, imaging analysis and objective outcome tracking

Upon completing the certification, physicians receive their official ISSCA Advanced Peptide Therapy Certification — internationally recognized and backed by 17 years of ISSCA's global education ecosystem.

  • ISSCA Advanced Peptide Therapy Certificate — internationally recognized
  • Complete clinical protocol package: real cases, forms and resources
  • Priority access to advanced ISSCA app resources and global medical community
  • Ongoing access to webinars, updated protocols and ISSCA events
